Real Housewife of Buenos Aires

I think this will do.
I think this will do.

Well, nothing much to report those last days.

Summer makes a quick visit with high temperatures before the rain sets in on Friday, so I spent some time at the pool.

Couldn’t find the sun block so I though ah, ten minutes will be fine…

Well, I just made it out there before I really got burned….

But before you all imagine just a fancy Buenos Aires life with pool, cocktails and sun, the real life also looked like this:

  • I cleaned the apartment a bit (although the cleaning lady will come on Friday)
  • I finally did my laundry again (only the third time so far. I think I brought enough clothes),
  • I went to do grocery shopping, and
  • I got a haircut! That one was long overdue.

CaipiroshkaIn between I met up with friends, and had an especially great visit from Muriel, a very good friend of Sven, whom I met here as she was passing through. It was a nice greeting from my Brussels life, too bad she’s flying out already.

The evenings are mostly filled with dinner in or out, and a couple of drinks in various bars.

Life can be so hard.
